In this women's only retreat, we will dive into different aspects of living in a female body, our sexuality, explore with ourselves as well as work with each other in different practices such as self-de-armouring, self-pleasuring, connection between throat and cervix, connection to the breast, our sense of ourselves as a woman – and woman-to-woman sexual de-armouring. Just to name a few things.
It will be sensual, intimate, funny – as well as provide a space to meet your fears, resistance, anger, grief and sadness.
So, if you dream about meeting your self in all its facets. Includig your own sensual, vibrant and/or sexual self – then this retreat is perfect for you!
This workshop will be more of an experienced learning process than long theoretical teaching.
There will be nudity in this workshop!
While growing up we receive imprints from people around us. These imprints are the result of what happened to us in connection with these people.
Some imprints are good, and others are bad.
We might end up with no trust in an entire sex. The same sex or the opposite. This will color how we will judge an entire group of people, based on their genitals. How we view the world and how safe we feel in it.
This because we never received a positive imprint from that sex.
A safe held and contained space to process in is a key value of The Gaia Method. This is why we will have several of our experienced assistants present. We believe in good imprints of both feminine and masculine energy.
When we have poor imprints from the same sex, we end up seeing other woman as rivals and competition – instead of as fellow sisters and support.
When we have poor male imprints, we experience men as unsafe, as only wanted to take and get from us, which is why there will be one male assistant present in this retreat to model a positive masculine imprint; a man who will be of true service for the benefit of you. He will hold space for our container with a deep masculine vibration of safety. He will not partake in the practices.
